In our own way, we each conjure up the same reality: “Our secret lies in the quality that we add to all our breads and bagels.” This has enabled Gadoua to withstand the test of time while keeping up to date.
In fact, ever since Boulangerie Gadoua was born in Wilfrid Gadoua’s kitchen, in Napierville, in 1911, a good number of things have changed… except one: the quest for quality in order to satify our customers. This concern translates as follows:
“Gadoua is the baked goods brand that is best suited to Quebecers’ way of life.”
This is why, at Gadoua, all of the members on our team strive on a daily basis, at the La Prairie headquarters as well as throughout Québec, to bring you a wide variety of first quality Gadoua breads, buns and bagels. Although the work of our bakers is most noticed by our consumers, I can assure you that a collective effort of our expert resources contributes to making the difference!
